Antenatal Workshop (Parentcraft)
The common complaint we get from the parents nowadays is that, they are unsure whether the methods they used to teach & nurture their child is correct or not. Parenting this new cohort of generation Z or the IGen can at times be daunting especially to new parents. We feel that there is a need for some innovation to bridge this dead space. “Parentcraft workshop” was introduced to equip & enrich new parents with the knowledge & skills they needed to face the ever changing & growing child as per recommended by experts we’re closely working with. This workshop aims to share knowledge & skills to new parents.
Breastfeeding gives the little ones the best start in life. It is a must-know knowledge to all new mothers. All mothers should know the right techniques to breastfeed and educate them the importance of breastfeeding. It is also highly recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO), that infants be exclusively breastfed for about the first 6 months of life and continue breastfeeding, along with appropriate solid foods, well into the second year of life.
New mothers are often anxious, and sometimes unsure on how to breastfeed their little ones. Here is where we must play our role. This workshop aims to share knowledge and skills to new parents.
Upbringing and the parent-child relationship are not often addressed and documented well in books, articles or magazine for parents to learn from. Nurturing a growing child can be a lot of hassle for new parents especially. With the recent advancement of information technology and its infrastructure, though has its own perks and benefits, it proves to pose greater challenge to parents on how to manage their child usage of such technology i.e. mobile phones, tablets and computers. Parenting workshop focuses on the dos and the don’ts of proper parenting techniques aside from fostering close parent-child relationship. We will introduce and equip parents will the correct knowledge and sets of skill on how to bolster their children into becoming a healthy child.
This workshop is meant to share new and crucial knowledge tailored to the needs of parenting.
